Two configurations are possible – The portable configuration is being offered now and sits on top of an existing table much like a Lazy Susan. The moving surface is less than 3 inches above the table surface. Pushbutton switches to provide either clockwise or counterclockwise motion are located on the outer walls of the unit.
The table configuration is integrated into the construction of a table. The moving surface is slightly below the table surface which is the outer rail. Pushbutton switches are at the outer edge of the table where they are easily accessible.
Table Configuration with no Carrier Trays
In either configuration, objects can be placed directly on the surface or on carrier trays which prevent them from colliding and maintain them the same orientation as they traverse the conveyor path. Carrier trays also allow placing larger objects on the conveyor because the tray surface is higher than the inner and outer rail surface.
Carrier Trays on Portable Unit
Serving plates can be placed directly on moving surface or on Carrier Trays
